The Divine Mercy Novena began on Good Friday and ends on Divine Mercy Sunday, April 24. The Divine Mercy Chaplet will be sung on Sunday, April 24 at 3:00pm in St. Joseph Church. All are welcome to attend.

Jesus told St. Faustina that He would rather be merciful than just towards sinners. In order to spread devotion to His mercy, He has given us many tools and gifts. One of the most important messages and powerful gifts Jesus gave to St. Faustina was a very special prayer: The Divine Mercy Chaplet. He calls it the last refuge for hardened sinners and it is a powerful tool in the fight for souls. Because of this, Jesus instructed St. Faustina to pray it often.
Become a part of that multitude – those who praise God for His great mercy! He calls to us all, longing for our love, our trust, and our faith. Do not wait to respond to his call, but remember that while there is still breath in you, He wants to pour out His mercy on you.
“… My daughter, encourage souls to say the chaplet which I have given to you. It pleases Me to grant everything they ask of Me by saying the chaplet. When hardened sinners say it, I will fill their souls with peace, and the hour of their death will be a happy one. ….
Write that when they say this chaplet in the presence of the dying, I will stand between My Father and the dying person, not as the just Judge but as the merciful Savior.” (Diary, 1541)
