Part-Time – Pastoral Minister
Saints Mary and Joseph Parish is in need of a part-time Pastoral Minister. Listed below are the
general duties which include but not limited to:
Lead High School Youth Group; Coordinate Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA); Assist in
Faith Formation; Coordinate Safe Environment Program ensuring all employees and volunteers
have completed Diocesan Safe Environment requirements in a timely manner/maintain files and participate in audits when required; participate in weekly staff meetings, etc., Candidates should
be willing to work nights and weekends to support parish activities and programs. This position
is approximately 20 hours per week. Candidates should have excellent communication skills as

Part-Time – Pastoral Coordinator
We are currently seeking a part-time Pastoral Coordinator to work for 20 hours per week,
handling Liturgy of the Word for Children, Scheduling /Intake for Baptisms; prepare for baptism
class/prepare certificates; Coordinate Coffee and Donuts at the 9:30 Mass and 11:00 Mass at
MQP; Find EM’s to bring Communion when there is a need; Assist in Faith Formation;
Coordinate Stations of the Cross and offer Soup all Wednesdays of Lent; Coordinate the Giving
Tree at Christmas and Our Family to Family meal distribution at Thanksgiving and Easter;
Coordinate Harvest Fest; Coordinate fundraising events; participate in weekly staff meetings,
etc. Candidates should be willing to work nights and weekends to support parish activities and
programs. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken as

Cantor
Our Parish is seeking a part-time Cantor to lead the music at the 4:00 p.m. Saturday
Mass at Mary Queen of Peace. The candidate should be familiar with Roman Catholic liturgy
and be able to work with the organist and other musicians. Salary commensurate with skill and
