As it has for the past 44 years, Saints Mary and Joseph Parish will be putting up a wish tree to help the Salem Christmas Fund Inc. provide gift cards to children in need in Salem. As a guidance we ask that the cards be between $25-$50. Any amount is obviously appreciated. Please note that each tag is for one child and the type of card is at the parent’s suggestion. If you have it in your heart and budget to help more than one child, you may take additional tags. The tree at each Church will be up the weekend of November 20-21st-- all cards should be brought back to the Church office no later than Monday Dec 6th. In addition to the gift cards, the Christmas fund provides food and new clothing for children, assistance for families, and help to the elderly. We are always in need of financial contributions, so if you are interested, financial contributions can be made out to: Salem Christmas Fund Inc. and sent to PO Box 1234, Salem, NH 03079.
