EVENT LOCATION: Mary Queen of Peace Church, 200 Lawrence Road, Salem, NH 03079
VENDOR FEE: $40.00 per table. Pay in advance to save your table spot. (See the form below).
TENTS: 10' x 10'. Must be weighed-down. No exceptions! Bring your own tables and chairs. We cannot provide power or internet, so be prepared. An award for "Best Decorated Booth" will be given. This event is a Cowboy/Cowgirl theme. Bring your boots and cowboy hats! Only one vendor per booth. You are encouraged to bring flyers, coupons, samples, food, swag--anything to advertise!
SET-UP TIME: Begins at 10:00 AM the day of. Please move your vehicles prior to 12:00 Noon. The event will run from 12:30--4:30 PM. Please do not break-down early.
PARKING: After set-up, we will have designated car parking areas for your vehicles.
DOGS/PETS: No pets are allowed, with the exception of service animals.
TRASH: If you generate trash during the event, please help us by cleaning-up at the end and disposing.
REFUNDS: This event is "Rain-or-Shine". We will not refund the $40.00 donation if you cancel. There are limited table spaces available.
